Frequently Asked Questions
What are you asking for?
I am putting together a current photo inventory of the signs. I would love photos of the front and back of the signs. If there is information about who is responsible for the sign’s maintenance, a close-up image would be great. A few detail photos of the sign’s frame and panels are very helpful.
What do I do with the photos?
Please email them to me at coloradosignproject@gmail.com. Any extra information about the sign’s location would be helpful as well.
What will the photos be used for?
Establishing a good inventory of the signs and their condition is the first step in getting them updated. I will be using the photos to demonstrate need to those that may be able to fund this effort, and they may be used to help determine the order in which the signs receive updates.
What’s next?
I am currently holding meetings with everyone that I can in order to establish connections between the departments that need to be in communication in order to address these signs.
What else can I do?
I am collecting letters addressed to those who make the decision regarding funding the maintenance of these signs. If you would like to add your voice to those letters, please send yours to coloradosignproject@gmail.com. Thank you!
